Tuesday night, five sections of our privacy fence blew over in a strong windstorm. When I got up Wednesday and stepped outside to look for damage, I saw almost half the fence between us and our neighbors was down. My first thought was to call Bill Bell at Hill Country Fence. I knew he would let me know if his people could fit the repair in their schedule or he could refer me to someone else if his schedule was too full. After looking at the damage Wednesday morning, he put us on his schedule for Thursday. His crew was done by noon, replacing the old posts with new ones - deeper, much more solid roots. He did not try to sell us something we don’t need, reusing the old panels with minimal replacements. In short, we are very pleased with the quality, timeliness, and value. Note: the extra lumber is on me - I had it left over after building my raised planting beds.
